Michelle has been working on her doctoral degree in Cultural Anthropology since 2018 as part of the DFG-funded project ‘Factual and fictional narration’ at the University of Freiburg. Her ethnographic fieldwork centers around everyday (re)presentations of ‘Indianer’ in Germany. She has studied and worked at universities in Canada and Germany.

She has been inspired by the Tiny House and the possibilities it can offer. In particular, she sees it as one way to rethink how we generate, collect, and share knowledge in and near the university. She is looking forward to welcoming you in Freiburg and discussing alternative, experimental and creative (public) research methods.

A special thanks to our invited contributors for joining this first pop-up conference: Ingo Rohrer with Tilmann Waldvogel, and Eva Singler. The detailed programme can be found here : http://tinycampusontour.eu/cfp/
